Exxopharm discovers, manufactures and distributes prescription medicines in metabolic, rare and immune disease. We employ 6,400 colleagues across 34 countries and are majority-owned by a foundation.
Our story
Founded in 2009 around a single question — why do so many validated targets never become medicines — Exxopharm now runs research sites in Copenhagen, Basel and Boston, and manufactures at scale in Kalundborg.
That structure lets us fund decade-long science, hold our nerve through hard data, and keep patients ahead of quarters.
