I am a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmaceutical Research Consultant, and Chief People Officer with more than 30 years of professional experience spanning clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical research, regulatory strategy, drug development, healthcare consulting, and people leadership.

My career began in pharmaceutical sales with Pfizer before transitioning into pharmaceutical research and clinical pharmacy. Over the years, I have worked closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy, improve patient outcomes, advance evidence-based healthcare, and support innovation across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

My extensive experience includes clinical pharmacy practice, medication therapy management, utilization review, pharmaceutical research, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, drug development, and healthcare consulting. I have contributed to scientific research involving oral dosage form development, active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, drug safety, and predictive dissolution methodologies, while supporting healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers in delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based solutions.

Alongside my pharmaceutical career, I transitioned into executive people leadership, taking on the role of Chief People Officer. This expanded my focus from medicines and patient care to the people, culture, leadership, and organizational systems that enable institutions to thrive. In this capacity, I have brought the same evidence-based, people-centered approach developed throughout my healthcare career to talent development, organizational strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and building high-performing teams.

As Chief People Officer, I am passionate about creating environments where professionals can grow, organizations can innovate, and people can perform at their best.
